What you submit

Joining records your first name, last name, email, optional team and state, and whether you want campaign updates. The statement form records your name, role, email, message and permission preference. Individual signup details are not listed publicly. The total number of signups and counts grouped by favorite school are public. Signups without a school contribute to the total only. A statement is not automatically published. Signup totals count distinct email addresses, not verified unique people. Email addresses are not verified, and school affiliations are self-reported.

How it is used

The campaign uses submissions to record support, review statements, answer inquiries and, if you opt in, send campaign updates. We’ll present aggregate signup counts, schools represented and campaign concerns to CFP and conference leadership ahead of decisions on future playoff formats. Those summaries will not include individual signup names or contact details. We will not publicly share your personal contact information. The campaign owner can privately view and export signup records to administer the campaign; email updates are limited to people who opt in. Information is stored in the site’s database and processed by the hosting provider. This site does not sell submission data or install advertising trackers.

Updates and measurement

Email preferences are saved; automated email delivery is not currently enabled. The site counts page views, rankings interactions, source clicks, sharing and downloads by day. It stores aggregate counts without IP addresses, visitor identifiers, cookies, referrers or submitted form details in analytics. These counts respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences. The host may process technical request logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Requests

Use the form below to request removal, correction or withdrawal of your update preference. Requests are stored for campaign review, not executed automatically. Identity may need to be confirmed before a record is changed. Do not include sensitive personal information.

YouTube videos

Video players connect to YouTube only after you press play. Embedded players use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Playback and direct YouTube links are subject to YouTube’s privacy practices.
